CoinsToGo / Xchange LLC provides Bitcoin ATM services where customers may buy Bitcoin with cash or sell Bitcoin for cash, depending on machine availability, transaction limits, verification requirements, and local service configuration.

Compliance and Verification

CoinsToGo may require phone verification, identity verification, sanctions screening, transaction review, additional information, or refusal of service when required by law, AML, KYC, OFAC, fraud-prevention rules, risk controls, or service policies.

Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for entering and confirming the correct wallet address before completing a transaction.
• You must not use CoinsToGo services for unlawful, fraudulent, prohibited, or suspicious activity.
• You must provide accurate information when verification is required.
• You should keep your receipt and transaction details for support.

Cryptocurrency Risk

Cryptocurrency transactions are usually irreversible. Bitcoin prices, network fees, and confirmation times may change. CoinsToGo is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses, scams, customer error, market movement, third-party wallet issues, or blockchain network delays.

Fees, Rates, and Limits

Applicable rates, fees, transaction limits, and verification requirements may be shown at the machine before confirmation. By completing a transaction, you accept the displayed terms for that transaction.

Refunds and Support

If you believe a transaction requires support, contact CoinsToGo with your receipt and transaction details. Refund or correction options depend on transaction status, network confirmation, compliance requirements, and machine records. CoinsToGo does not hold customer funds except as needed to complete or review a transaction.

SMS Terms

CoinsToGo may send transactional or support SMS related to Bitcoin ATM transactions, phone verification, security, customer support, service updates, or service communications when you opt in or request help.

• Message frequency varies based on transactions, verification, support, and service activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. CoinsToGo may separately require phone verification for a specific transaction or compliance flow.

Privacy

CoinsToGo handles customer information as described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
